COVERED:

✔ Create and sell physical products using licensed assets, including:

  • Mugs

  • Books
  • Packaging
  • Invitations
  • Home décor
  • Merchandise and more

✔ Create commercial digital end products where the original asset is incorporated into a new design.

✔ Use graphics, templates, illustrations, SVGs, and fonts in personal and commercial projects.

✔ Use licensed fonts to create logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

✔ Use assets for websites, blogs, and online stores.

✔ Create print-on-demand products when the design is significantly modified and combined into a new end product.

✔ Use assets for client projects.

NOT COVERED:

✘ Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or transferring the original files.

✘ Uploading purchased files to stock marketplaces, design marketplaces, or free download websites.

✘ Selling assets in a way that allows others to extract, edit, or reuse the original files.

✘ Claiming ownership or copyright of the original assets.

✘ Using assets in trademarked logos without significant modification and legal review.

✘ Using assets in unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

COVERED:

✔ Everything included in the Standard License.

✔ Unlimited commercial projects.

✔ Multiple users within one company or organization.

✔ Use in client work and commercial campaigns.

✔ Use in print-on-demand businesses.

✔ Use in advertising, broadcasting, video content, streaming platforms, and online courses.

✔ Use fonts and graphics in web applications and digital interfaces.

✔ Create and sell physical products at unlimited quantities.

✔ Use assets in e-commerce products and commercial branding projects.

NOT COVERED:

✘ Reselling or redistributing the original asset files.

✘ Creating competing digital asset products using Pixym resources.

✘ Making assets available for download in a way that allows extraction of the original files.

✘ Sharing purchased files with third parties outside the licensed organization.

Print-On-Demand (POD)

Print-on-demand use is permitted under the Extended License and for products specifically marked as POD-enabled.

Users must create a unique end product that adds value beyond the original asset.

The original file may not be sold, distributed, or offered as a standalone design.

Intellectual Property

All assets sold on Pixym remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the asset according to the applicable license terms. Ownership and copyright are not transferred to the buyer.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are generally final. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.

License Violations

Violation of this License Policy may result in:

  • Suspension of account access
  • Removal of purchased licenses
  • Termination of user accounts
  • Legal action where appropriate
